Hello, Do you want the survey to be truly anonymous? Or are you gathering information on who the participant is during the survey? If it is truly anonymous, there isn't a way to identify who they are when they revisit the survey at a later time. There are a few possibilities top of mind:Distribute personal links via email (Email Survey Invitations). Ensure this setting (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-options/survey-experience/#AllowingRespondentsToSaveProgress) is turned on so they can revisit the survey in the future. Also, please check all 3 expiration settings to make sure they are set as you prefer (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/distributions-module/email-distribution/emails-overview/#DistributionAndSurveyExpiration). If you want to use the anonymous link and QR code, I recommend using some sort of authentication that allows them to revisit. The value they enter to authenticate should be unique. Hello LinaS - The Update Response API can be used to update embedded data fields. https://api.qualtrics.com/daed82306b1ea-update-response One limitation is that there is not a bulk API for this. Updates are made based on the individual responseIds.
Aanurag_QC Hello,Thank you for sharing. I have tried to test this unsuccessfully. Qualtrics has also confirmed that "“removing users via the CX directory task is not currently supported by the functionality”. I have a follow-up question. Are you using the IsDeleted field as a way to exclude users from the hierarchy when the hierarchy is set up? I included an image to clarify. Or does "IsDeleted" remove the user from Qualtrics and the directory?
I'm not sure if you would want to do this, but one option would be to make "Leave this box blank" one of the Item choices. This way, the options would be "An apple", "An orange", "A lemon", and "Leave this box blank". Then set up "Force response" and "Add validation" so they can only select a max of 1. This way they would have to respond to the question and select one of the options. Although I would caution forcing a response if it isn't necessary.

Yes, as long as it's part of your license. A CX Dashboard can be created for a survey that is created from scratch. A CX dashboard is like creating a separate project, and then you connect it to the survey (the source of the dashboard's data). 4. Does customization is allowed in Qualtrics standard Dashboard features? - What kind of customization? Qualtrics has different widget options to use in the dashboards. The widgets can be created, designed, and moved around according to how you want your dashboard to look and what data you want to display. You can also add your own text and images.
