Sounds very much possible. I would check into using filters - there is a versatile filter system that lets you assign on each data point on a graph, such as by name, completion, response count, etc. To avoid headaches, you would have to design the survey with this in mind so that the dashboard can be properly present the data.
Interesting workaround. I'll have to keep this in mind for some items. A workaround I did was that I ended up filtering by months (like last 30 days) in order to "force" the latest one. This can be problematic should there be more than one entry in 30 days however. If only if there was a filter for "latest response".
This is perfect! Thanks for the steps!
Ok, I solved it. Best way is to do your calculation in an embedded data field. Instead of creating a custom field formula, I created an new embedded data with the same formula and it picked it up without any problems. Looks like the dashboard can only pick up data fields on the survey itself, along with embedded data only.
Because it is not for analysis at all. If I wanted analysis, I would export it into a CSV/TSV format.
I'm looking into extending the PDF function in Qualtrics. The system lets you individually export PDF responses, but not by bulk unfortunately.
Could you make a new contact list out of this? Not sure if helpful, but as a workaround, you can download the email status into a spreadsheet format and filter out the bounced emails, then re-uploading it into a new contact list.
Thanks Tom! That's exactly what I'm looking for. bansalpeeyush29: That's a good point - I had issues at first since this suggestion wouldn't work at all with a CSV - but then I realized Qualtrics uses TSV for importing as well.
