Hi, please make sure that you have completed SMS onboarding before you can send SMS distributions. SMS regulations require Qualtrics to review each use case separately and comply with local regulations and registration processes. This process may take between a couple days to a couple months. If this process is not completed, the toll free service provider might mark the SMS as spam and block them.
Hi @gingersauz, you can manually move a person from one unit to other by dragging them in the hierarchy, if the delegate is already present in the unit, you can use the option of “make manager” this will move that person to the manager role in the unit and they will be tagged as “secondary”, please refer to the image below.
Hi Ash,As an EX Consultant who has worked with various clients from various different sectors, I can say that the uptrend or the downtrend really depends on factors like company size, Industry. The usual trend is the first pulse survey after the annual engagement survey doesn't see a huge swing in numbers as the company is still trying to make sense of the data they have gathered from the previous survey and working on planning their actions for the weaker areas.If the company has scored well in the Annual Engagement survey, they won’t see much change for multiple pulse surveys as they focus on maintaining the score, for the companies who haven’t scored great, they will see an uptrend given that they have worked on the ground level on the feedback they received in the engagement survey.
Hi, as of now, if you create an engagement survey or a dashboard from scratch, there is no way to upload guided action plan automatically, you will have to add it manually for each question/category. If you use the EX25 solution module, the pre built dashboard will contain guided action plans already populated.
Hi, you can export the responses for both the questions and create a 3rd questions to import these combined responses and then run the text IQ for this 3rd question, now you can use this filter which will also apply on both the original questions on the dashboard.
You will have to create separate blocks first for each survey and then manually move them under the branches by using the move option inside block.
Hi Holly, Instead of using skip logic, try using branches in the survey flow and add a end of survey after each survey block, please refer to the image below,
