Hi, please make sure that you havecompleted SMS onboarding before you can send SMS distributions. SMS regulations require Qualtrics to review each use case separately and comply with local regulations and registration processes. This process may take between a couple days to a couple months. If this process is not completed, the toll free service provider might mark the SMS as spam and block them.
