New home page not functioning as expected for me, so value not/benefit not appreciated. Projects visible that have been closed for two years. Need to see only active live projects, or those selected as a '*' favorite. Have shared feedback with preview so hoping bugs fix soon.
Looking forward to experiencing the new 'mapping org hierarchy units'. I have a enterprise survey slated for 20 Sept, so hoping all features enabled. KatharineS This could be a huge time saver, mapping past hierarchies.
The DEI solution is great. Some powerful metrics, used it for the first time recently.
Hi joan_raventos , Have you tried adding this specific role type to your original *.xls/*.csv participant file as a new variable column header with 1= yes and 0 = no (for example) to define the group/role that you need to use as a filter? If you do, you will then need to re-upload your participant file, refresh metadata and in the role definitions of the participants you should see 'field' and then select field. Your new meta data column should be visible here to select.
KatharineS Thanks, will do. Frontline Feedback is available in EX, but has limitations to the CX version. Will connect with our Customer Success, to see what developments are across both.
KatharineS Do the updates to Frontline feedback cover EX. We'd LOVE to see upgrades on EX and hat you share talks to what we need.

PSimmons Did you manage to resolve your query on hierarchies?
PSimmons Each project does need to have a dashboard with the respective hierarchy created, yes, and each dashboard should align to its data source. You also need to add each survey to the comparisons section in settings.Just so I fully understand Survey A - dashboard data = only survey ASurvey B - dashboard data = survey A and Survey B, add comparisons (source) in settingsSurvey C - dashboard data = survey A, Survey B and Survey C, add comparisons (source) in settingsIn each Survey you need a org hierarchy in the participants | org hierarchy. And then you can apply the notes I first provided.Hope this worksSimon
Yes you can do this in current capability. In org hierarchies of participants have you checked hierarchy tools | view org hierarchy action history? Here you selected current project and historical project, mapping any difference in movement.1) So for your first project you just create a current org hierarchy2) for a second project you have a new org hierarchy. But you want to map to the first project you need to specify that in the view org hierarchy action history. 3) for each new project you always add your current org hierarchy, then map to your previous org hierarchy. Once you add each org hierarchy you must update each with current meta data from respective participants. A orange triangle should appear to let you know its updating.Does that answer your question?
