- Mapping Org Hierarchy Units: Now you can automatically map multiple past hierarchies together. In addition, the user interface for mapping has been refreshed. This feature will begin gradually rolling out September 8, 2021. It will be finished rolling out to all eligible customers by October 8, 2021.
- Managing Projects: For 360 projects, copied projects will have a status of “New,” a change from the previous behavior of retaining the original project’s status.
- Google Sheets Task: Automatically add new survey responses as new rows to a Google Sheet.
- XM Directory Segments for Digital Intercept Targeting: This feature is now available for the mobile app SDK.
- XM Directory Contact Frequency Rules for Digital Intercepts: This feature is now available for the mobile app SDK.
- Google Calendar Task: Link a Google Calendar account to automatically create and cancel Google Calendar events based on survey responses.
