XM Platform
- Projects Page: The projects page has been redesigned with better file management, organization, and visual design to make it easier to find, organize, and manage your projects and programs.
- Homepage: The first page you see when logging in. Provides a holistic view of your projects and XM ecosystem, making it easier to take action or dive deeper.
- Import Salesforce Report Data Task: New task in actions to import data from a Salesforce report; for example, importing a report of recently closed support cases to send follow-up surveys.
- Sharing Workflows: Added ability to collaborate on workflows with other users within your Qualtrics license. When collaborating on a workflow, you can choose what level of access your collaborators have. This feature will begin gradually rolling out October 6 and may take some time before it reaches all customers.
- Workflows Based on XM Directory Segments: You can add conditions to your workflow based on segments that responded to your survey.
- Health Connect Task: Two new message types added, including ADT for updating patient admit, transfer, and discharge data, and ORU for updating unsolicited patient observation results.
- Dashboard Translation Updates: For EX dashboards, you can now translate data mapper fields once per dashboard instead of multiple times per widget; you can also translate categories. For CX/BX/PX dashboards, you can now translate data mapper fields separately, meaning you can now translate dashboard page filters. This feature will begin gradually rolling out October 6 and may take some time before it reaches all customers.
- Key Drivers Widget Updates: UX refresh and redesign of widget customization options.
- Consolidating Your Duplicate Contacts: Update to contact consolidation in XM Directory, including the ability to kick-off a manual contact consolidation based on criteria you set.
- Predict iQ: Automatic Data Cleaning: Predict iQ will automatically ignore certain types of variables that will not be useful for predictions, while automatically transforming other variables.
- SMS Distributions: Customers can request the ability to send SMS from multiple alphanumeric IDs, instead of using the same alphanumeric ID for all distributions.
- Email Templates in XM App Ticketing: When sending follow up emails to tickets in the XM app, you can now easily use messages previously saved to your library.
- Mapping Org Hierarchy Units: Now you can automatically map multiple past hierarchies together. In addition, the user interface for mapping has been refreshed. This feature will begin gradually rolling out September 8, 2021. It will be finished rolling out to all eligible customers by October 8, 2021.
- Participant Import/Update/Export Errors & Messages (EX): Detailed explanations of error messages for uploaded participants in the EX platform.
