- Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Solution: Use our validated model to identify Inclusion gaps and have confidence in how to close them. Our guided Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) solution includes intersectional demographics and a robust Inclusion metric.
- Ticket Reminders: Ticket reminders can now be sent to teams.
- “Actions” is being renamed to “Workflows.” This change will apply both in the global page and in the tab in the survey. See Workflows Basic Overview for more.
- Mapping Org Hierarchy Units: Now you can automatically map multiple past hierarchies together. In addition, the user interface for mapping has been refreshed. This feature will begin gradually rolling out September 8, 2021. It will be finished rolling out to all eligible customers by October 8, 2021.
- Google Sheets Task: Automatically add new survey responses as new rows to a Google Sheet.
- XM Directory Segments for Digital Intercept Targeting: This feature is now available for the mobile app SDK.
- XM Directory Contact Frequency Rules for Digital Intercepts: This feature is now available for the mobile app SDK.
