@Akdashboard Thanks for your input. Sometimes it helps just to know that we aren't alone in experiencing a problem (or frustration). ;) I reached out to support once, but the answer I got was basically just that dashboards do not fall under the same file organization structure like projects do. I was actually thinking today that I might spend some time at Q4 Summit with an "ask the experts" team member to see if I can get some resolution on this. But that is a long time to wait. Maybe it would be worth asking for a virtual meeting screensharing with my Qualtrics support specialists. Thanks again.
@AnthonyR - Love this question and hope that Qualtrics engineers will look here and take action! My suggestions are somewhat basic, but I think they would be helpful changes. Here is my list: 1) Ability to generate test responses on the Data and Analysis screen (rather than having to go back to project page after looking at new test responses) 2) Ability to use data in Vocalize in more than one format. For example, I would like to be able to show a bar graph (as a number set or text set) and also be able to show the mean value of responses (numeric value). 3) Ability to copy one page of a dashboard to a different dashboard (some of my pages have LOTS of widgets) 4) Ability to select multiple widgets and apply a change to all that are selected. This would apply to all settings, but an example would be "show gridlines" or "show data values." 5) In a multiple choice question with an "other" option that has a text response, I wish the text response was saved as a variable automatically, wi
@AnthonyR Nope. No crash. Just a very polite log-in time-out message.
Similar to @KatC I change the final "next" button (I change it to say "Submit"), and I add text that says "Please click on "Submit" to complete and submit your survey. And similar to @lillianc I add a separate end of survey message. This does seem to help quite a bit (eliminates the problem of people just closing the browser window on the last page).
Chrome for me.
@Clint I have absolutely run into this problem while actively working (not after inactivity). So frustrating!
@AnneF Right! Your way works, unless you want to copy to a dashboard that is already partially configured.
Pretty sure this only works if you set an embedded data field to match the data collected in the "other" field and then map the embedded data as a separate variable in Vocalize. And unfortunately, embedded data does not retroactively populate into your data. You will only have "other" data for new responses after setting the embedded data field.
Have you tried just refreshing your browser or exiting the dashboard and going back in? I get that error code frequently, but it is most often a glitch, rather than something that I have filtered incorrectly.
Hi everyone! I'm Ronda. I work for Brené Brown Education and Research Group (BBEARG). BBEARG is based in Houston, TX., but I live in Buffalo, NY. We have online learning (braveleadersinc.com), an online store (themarblejar.com), a program to train helping professionals (thedaringway.com) and more. I do lots of course evaluations as well as customer experience and customer service surveys. I've been using Qualtrics for almost 2 years and I have gold certification. I attended the last 2 Summits, and I'm looking forward to X4 (and the CX certification).
