I hope I'm able to ask this question in a way that makes sense! For our account, Vocalize was just recently integrated into the core platform. Not sure whether others ran into this issue, but this created lots of "messy-ness" with the organization of my projects in their various folders and in particular with where dashboards show up in the overall organization. My main question, though, is that some of my dashboards don't show up at all in the core platform. For example, if I look in the "all projects" view and sort to put dashboards at the top of the list, not all dashboards are listed. But if I click on any dashboard (taking me into Vocalize mode) and then look at the dropdown list of all projects, the missing projects show up there. So I can get to all dashboards, but there is an extra step for getting to some of the dashboards that I want to work on (or look at). I would love to figure out how to get these missing dashboards to show up in my overall project organization folders. Thoughts? Have others run into this problem?

@RondaD
I know exactly the issue you are experiencing and I've tried a few things. Nothing I have tried is bringing the already created Vocalize dashboards into a new project in the Insight Platform though.
Personally, I just prefer to work in Vocalize as a separate tab for everything and don't bother with the project in the Insight Platform, but I can understand how extra steps can be a little annoying. Not to mention the "tidiness" of having everything work the same way. I'd be curious if someone finds a way to resolve this.

@Akdashboard
Thanks for your input. Sometimes it helps just to know that we aren't alone in experiencing a problem (or frustration).
I reached out to support once, but the answer I got was basically just that dashboards do not fall under the same file organization structure like projects do. I was actually thinking today that I might spend some time at Q4 Summit with an "ask the experts" team member to see if I can get some resolution on this. But that is a long time to wait. Maybe it would be worth asking for a virtual meeting screensharing with my Qualtrics support specialists.
Thanks again.

Hey @RondaD! It looks like you were in contact with one of our Product Specialist back in December. We would love if you shared the response you got either from that Product Specialist, or if you spoke to a member on Support Team that was at the X4 Summit!
