Same here. Our survey creators should not have their names associated with a ticket notification. This question has been posed numerous ways but never correctly answered.
I have the same problem. I want to remove "FN LN" from the "...Created ticket..." line in the email body. The techs who create these have nothing to do with the survey data. Invariably someone will email the tech creator with a question who then must forward to an admin. Poor customer service. Nowhere in the link above did I find how to remove or change this line in the email body. Please advise.
Hi, I know this is late but I believe you'll need to use the round function in the survey flow to calculate returns with decimals. In the examples below, the ", 2" or ", 1" designates the number of decimals. For currency, you'd want ", 2".ROUNDING$e{ round( 10 / 3 , 2 ) } rounds 10/3 with 2 decimal places and resolves to 3.33.or$e{ round( ( ( gr://SC_ey9XzMvRiDHE4ct/Score / gr://SC_0feLdfz1vM7P4qN/Score ) * 100 ) , 1 ) }

Thanks again, MSobotta. I have added a custom metric as noted above. I still get a negative return with (*-1) but at least it correctly totals my positive and negative number instead of subtracting. The numbers I have in my example above are the results of other custom metrics, thus my new custom metric is (1st calculation) + (2nd calculation which is a negative) x-1
Thank you MSobotta but I do not have any negative values for survey responses. It's only comes from a dashboard custom metric. Qualtrics does not have the ABS function in their dashboard.
Thank you so much!!! The extra parentheses still subtracted the amounts. I simply created the equation in Custom Metrics as -$1789.70+$671.50 x-1 which gives me -$2617.15. At least I'm on the right track of adding the amounts, thanks to you! :-) Playing in Excel provided the positive return if I stated -$2617.15 x-1 but I can't use a Custom Metric in another Custom Metric to do this in the dashboard. :-(
Thanks, Kendra. We do have the embedded data field after the second auditor entrance but the data is still not updating correctly. I have reached out to Q-Support. It's a mystery. :(
Thank you BStrahin! I've tested with px and %. Seems the px doesn't do as well as the text does not wrap like the % even though it's Yes in the cell properties. I entered 50, 36, 50 presuming 136 is my max. Suggestions? Also, is % max 100? The table itself was much smaller in the email when using %.
What if I want to designate different widths per column? I've been researching outside the Community page and it seems I need to add a line per column to do so.
Reading through this actually brings up an issue I'm having. We have email triggers and tasks based on one of the conditions being the Q-R field is empty (a new survey). If we mark one of the questions incorrectly and complete the survey, can we use the retake link and add at the end ?Q_R= Will that "erase" the field so the survey appears "new"?
There is no Axis Sorting option in the Simple Table. :/
Really - no way to combine? I did get it in the record grid simply by choosing the multi-answer field type in settings. But this is a test. They must choose 1, 2 and 3 (out of 4 options) to get the answer correct. I want to show in the breakdown bar the % of fully correct answers.
