Has anyone used a web service or API function with iQ Directory? I have a Qualtrics survey that contains a series of personal links to other surveys. I am wondering if it is possible to set up a web service to go to the iQ directory to "get" whether a student has completed a specific survey to "update" the portal to indicate that the student completed the survey. Example Portal page * Personal link to Survey A * Personal link to Survey B * Personal link to Survey C _____________________________ You have completed the following surveys: * Survey C (we want to see if a web call or API function that can go to the Student History of iQ Directory to update the completion on another Qualtrics survey page, in this case the Portal page)
Hi, I have some difficulties to get what I need with the iQ directory settings. For our customer care service we have a workflow in Salesforce to send a contact to Qualtrics each time a case is closed. Nevertheless we would like to oversurvey and only send the invitation if the contact didn't receive an survey invitation in the past 15 days. I couldn't find a way to make it work with the iQ directory settings. Either I deduplicate on email and then my contact will only receive 1 invitation and that's all (as my understanding is invitation are triggered on contact creation and not update) either I deduplicate on email + another Embedded Data which is the case, but that won't meet my need as it would be considered as a new/different contact and won't meet the 15 days latency period. I know there is a workaround with the API by using transaction but that would require development. If you encountered the same situation and found a solution, I'm all ears :) Thanks a lot for your help.
I would like to have respondents randomly answer one of several questionblock, for a between-subject research design. I was wondering if its possible to have respondents answer one block, chosen at random, instead of having every respondent answer all blocks. There are some blocks that everyone needs to answer, but others I would like to separate.
Dear Qualtrics Community, In our research, we are performing 22 separate assessments and so far we had 72 responses for each of them. We would like to add ID numbers to each assessment but, when we tried to edit, the Qualtrics gives a warning which states "Editing could invalidate the results!". I wonder, how will adding a new question affect our previously collected data? If it will not affect, could we also reassign already recorded data for the new feature "ID"? I'm looking at building a survey for restaurant owners - with potentially more than 1 location - with an end of survey option to submit one set of responses then be directed to take the survey again with another set of responses. What would be the best way to do this and would we be able to know that this particular respondent completed more than 1 survey- restaurant A and restaurant B?
Hi! I'm currently doing a survey where one of my questions is a bit tricky. The question is as following, Check one or multiple answers to question x 1. Answer A 2. Answer B 3. Answer C 4. Answer D 5. None of the above My intention is that is answer 5 is selected selection 1-4 should not be allowed in combination with that answer. So can i force the selection of 5 to unselect 1-4 or can i display an error message is the combination of 5 and 1-4 is made?
Hello, . I hope this is appropriate to ask here but I am a bit lost. Is there a way to change personalised IDs for participants who have already answered questions out several times? We are able to change the contact lists, but when exported, participants names and personal information is recorded via excell files/SPSS. We are looking for a way to anonymise their names. As you can imagine, changing their names after weeks of output and thus hundreds of results will take a painstakingly long time and we are hoping to remedy this hopefully with some kind of Qualtrics technique which we are unaware about. Hi team, I use Sales force to trigger our surveys, i am hearing from some customer that they get the survey when they are not supposed to, or they dont receive it at all when they should. I am looking to validate this feedback via a Qualitrics reports - i need to be able to access a report where i can see what customers were sent a survey via email address. (i am across survey responses)
