Our API brings in an embedded date field as the following: 04/01/2024 03:30 PM. But I cannot figure out which date format I should use to ensure that “invalid date” does not appear in the response ticker widget. The date is the date of their admission ticket, which is what my teams would like to see in their daily report send from the dashboard. This helps them recognize when an issue might have occurred for the experience.
I know that Qualtrics is depreciated the Email Received Event this quarter, but are their plans to replace it with an improves solution? We are just building our closed-loop system and I had planed to use this event workflow to allow queries that come in directly through email to be forwarded for ticket creation.
We are setting up our closed-loop feedback system. One of the feedback channels will be a contact us form on our website where we get a lot of question that we can easily answer with a templated response. This includes queries about our hours of operation, employment opportunities, etc. I was wondering if there was a way to create a ticket, send an email from a template to the customer, and then close the ticket through the workflow. I know I can do each step separately, but I would like to have the email as part of the ticket’s email history. Is this even an option?
I am wondering if it is possible to have the ability to show a comparison based on a filter from another widget. Image 1 has my NPS gauge chart that has no filter. Image 2 is our percentage of visitors broken by age that I have selected to filter the page based on data point selected. What I am wondering is: Can I have Image 1 show the filtered results and the comparison underneath show the difference from the overall NPS? Has anyone found a way to show heat maps on the Dashboard? We use a heat map question on our survey and I would like to display on the dashboard for people to see, but it looks like the feature isn't available yet.
There are some comments that the system flagged as negative, but are actually a positive sentiment. How can I change the score?
I have a dashboard for our 2020 guest experience that is fed by two different surveys. In the Response Ticker widget, I'm looking to include a question from survey B. I have it mapped in the data source, but that particular question does not appear under the Content list in the edit mode. I hope the image below can be read. There should be another open text field that is Digital Ticket Neg.
For our guest surveys, I use embedded data to record the season they visit. This is because they might receive and take the survey a month after their visit when we've entered into a new Season. I would like to be able to use the Breakdown Table in Dashboard to show the change in score from Winter 2019 to Winter 2020. In the picture below I'd like Historical comparison to be the season from the year prior. !
I’m working on a survey and I would like to use Randomizer. I have two blocks I would like to randomize equally. The first is based on some questions our marketing department would like to have answered. However, the second block is actually five blocks that are based on some embedded data. For instance, throughout the year we categorize respondents based on when they visit (winter, spring, etc.) and I would like the block for winter to appear to 50% of guests and our marketing block to show up for the other 50% when Winter is embedded. Then when Spring is embedded in the Spring block to replace the winter block as the second randomized option.
Is there a way to combine already tagged topics in Text analysis?
