Our API brings in an embedded date field as the following: 04/01/2024 03:30 PM. But I cannot figure out which date format I should use to ensure that “invalid date” does not appear in the response ticker widget. 

The date is the date of their admission ticket, which is what my teams would like to see in their daily report send from the dashboard. This helps them recognize when an issue might have occurred for the experience.
