We have a survey that gets distributed monthly to a random sample size from a contact population triggered from Salesforce. Our current general setup:Salesforce scripting to segment and select a random group of contacts based on parameters. Those contacts are packaged together and pushed over into a salesforce workflow rule to add/update contact info in XM Directory then distribute the survey.Responses are then mapped backed to salesforce via contact ID via workflow to a survey response object. We are updating a number of things in our CRM and curious if we can re-design the randomization function, potentially to be done from Qualtrics.Theoretical setup:Salesforce workflow rule monthly to add/update XM Directory to ensure contacts are current and up to date.Randomized distribution triggers from the directory based on parameters using embedded data.I'm hoping to do this to maybe have more flexibility in terms of the frequency and sample size instead of having to rely on DEV work to adjust
We are migrating from Lightning to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and curious if there is any nuance we should be aware other than re-establishing the integration via authorized user and configuring our survey response objects.Has anyone done a similar migration and carried over Qualtrics?
Seems to be a common problem now that email servers have link checkers so employees aren't clicking or opening malicious items. We are encountering the scenario that customers who have this security feature in some cases are not able to complete the survey unless they do it within the "Record Incomplete Responses" window we have set. Currently 24 hours. We send a reminder one week later, but alas it's the same issue. They are unable to use the link because their invitation was opened by their security program and marked as an incomplete response.Other than asking our customers to whitelist our distribution address, does anyone have any tips to mitigate this?
Instead of my prior question regarding embedded data into a table, we do have this information hosted in a summary document available to customers. We are considering using a unique link for them to access their summary document for reference in completing the form.I understand the link would have to be generated and included in the embedded data to be used in the form. We are about to test this, but curious if anyone has successfully incorporated secure document linking as embedded data within a survey? We are trying this method to mitigate the need for them to navigate too far from the form and not completing. We can direct them to log into our customer portal to retrieve it, but I feel that is more effort than needed.
Not sure if this is best served here or the custom code (not a developer, so starting here).I'm building a form that will use Embedded Data, some of which is quite simple but one use may be a little more challenging and gauging if others have tried to accomplish this already. We are building a mid-year account check in form to automate some of our rep's work. One part of our form is displaying information for the customer to validate, however this can have varying number of rows depending on recipient. On our proposal/SOW we can have multiple "product" rows, so we need a way to display them to the customer for validation. Each row has a code (Product Code) and factor (to determine price). Some can have 1, can have 3, etc.My first thought is placing a limit on the embedded data fields to ID each of those, but create sequential ones likely with a limit. Say 3.Ex. EmbeddedCode1, EmbeddedFactor1, EmbeddedCode2, EmbeddedFactor2, etc. etc. that way the fields are available if needed, but not
