I'm encountering an issue with the Flat Layout in Qualtrics matrix questions. When using the tab key to navigate between answer choices, the outline (visual indicator of focus) doesn't appear.I've tried implementing custom CSS to address this behavior, but haven't been successful. Currently, the outline only appears on hover, not when navigating with the tab key. This creates accessibility concerns for users who rely on keyboard navigation.Has anyone else encountered this issue? Are there any known workarounds or solutions to enable the outline for tab key navigation in the Flat Layout matrix question?
Can a ranking question be created in engagement surveys, as there's no existing ranking question type? The desired question requires drag and drop functionality to rank options, and display the rankings.
I’m experiencing an issue where checkboxes in matrix questions are swapping from horizontal to vertical when I zoom to 125%. When I zoom to 150%, it is converting to mobile layout. That is perfect!.Only issue in 125% zoom. I believe this issue can be resolved using media queries. Can someone please provide guidance on how to fix this?
I am trying to change the border color of the text box to red when the character limit is exceeded 300, and revert to the default blue border when the character count is within the limit. I have implemented the JavaScript code, but the border color does not reset to blue as expected when characters are removed from the text box. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to diagnose and resolve the issue. Any suggestions
I am facing an issue where the screen reader echoes the 'Character remaining' text after every character input, which is quite annoying for users. To address this, I tried implementing a solution to hide the 'Character remaining' text until the user enters 15 characters. While the solution partially works, it does not completely resolve the issue. I am looking for guidance on how to disable the screen reader from announcing or displaying the 'Character remaining' text from the first character input. Your assistance in resolving this accessibility concern would be greatly appreciated. var qid = this.questionId;var questionContainer = this.getQuestionContainer();var inputElement = jQuery(questionContainer).find('textarea');var reminderElement = jQuery('#QID616-RemainingChars');reminderElement.hide();inputElement.on('input', function(){var characterCount = inputElement.val().length;if(characterCount >=15){reminderElement.show();reminderElement.attr('aria-atomic', 'false');reminderEleme

Hi everyone, I'm trying to implement a feature where users can unselect a radio button in a single select question by clicking on it again. Currently, users can only select a different option, but not unselect the selected option.I've tried using the following code in the "Single Question JS" section of the question, but it doesn't seem to be working: this.questionclick = function(event, element) { if (element.type == 'radio') { var selectedOption = this.getSelectedChoices()[0]; if (selectedOption === element.getAttribute('value')) { this.clearChoice(element); } }}.bind(this); Is there a better way to do this, or am I missing something in my code? Thanks in advance for your help!
Can someone assist me with the CSS code to display an outer border when tabbing through a Matrix table question in Qualtrics with a dynamic theme? I'm having difficulty achieving this.
Hello, I encountered an issue in Qualtrics email invites when using buttons. When participants forward the invite, the buttons become misaligned and the links stop working. As a temporary solution, we removed the HTML code responsible for rounded borders. I'm seeking suggestions or any customization options available to address this problem specifically in Outlook. Thank you!
We have a large number of roles (over 100) that need to be created in our EX survey for Dashboard page permissions. Manually uploading participants to each of these roles is a time-consuming task. Do you have any suggestions for how we can handle this process efficiently?
