Good morning XM Community,I wasn’t able to find this specifically mentioned on this forum or on the documentation, so I apologise if this has been answered somewhere else.We make use of the “Email Dashboard” function within CX Dashboards to generate automated PDF’s of our dashboards for some stakeholders that do not have live access to these. My question is; when a recipient using the ‘Unsubscribe’ option in the automated email, what happens to the distribution list? Will this automatically update and remove them, or will they stay listed? This topic has come up as a few times over the past couple of months we’ve had stakeholders tell us that they have, or have not, unsubscribed despite the list in the dashboard showing otherwise. I realise sometimes stakeholders become confused when they receive a lot of emails so just want to know for sure how it works. Thanks in advance!
Good morning all,We’ve been moving over the last of our simple widgets to the new styles ready for 2024 but have hit an unexpected blockage. We have been using ‘Simple Chart’ widgets to show a particular source/touchpoint as the response volume vs score (where volume is a bar, score is a line) but this does not seem possible on the replacement widget types.Would anyone be able to point out how this can be achieved, or if there is another widget type that can give this kind of view? A different visualisation style would be acceptable if required - we are currently trying two widgets alongside each other in one of the new Group boxes for CX Dashboards. Please see attached for an example of what we are trying to recreate, and thanks in advance for any help you may be able to give 😀
Good morning all,I’m yet to discover a way to display a month vs month score change and I am hoping someone can help. We can certainly provide the information for stakeholders to work out the difference between, say a score of 47% one month, 50% the next, but we are being challenged to provide this comparison clearly due to having a vast program in place. We’ve been able to make great use of the many fantastic widgets in the CX Dashboards but this is a gap that is blocking us from automating more of our weekly/monthly reporting. Please see attached for an example of what I’m looking to recreate. The Comparisons & Benchmarks features we do use, but are keen to not have to manually update these numbers each month.
Hi folks,A question that came from our Mobile App development team who are currently helping us with setting up new logic for 2023 (changing the time and location it will trigger). We're unsure if our setup is correct and would like to test this before publishing the code changes which will then of course reach customers using the live App and could impact what is a very important survey to the company's metrics. I know that normally with a Web intercept you can use the "Test Intercept" options and am comfortable with that, however have not come across any such option for an App specific intercept.I've taken a look at the "Getting started with the Mobile App SDK" and "Mobile App Feedback Project" pages in detail but haven't understood if there is any testing option there? So, is it possible to test a Mobile App intercept with non-app store builds? Thanks in advance!
Hello XM Community,I wasn't able to find a topic on this already so apologise if I have missed it in my search. I am relatively new to the Qualtrics space so still learning the ropes. One of our surveys uses responses imported using an automation via a CSV file. In these responses, one of the questions is multi-select (external, non Qualtrics survey) and so we have a column that contains potentially multiple options of course separated by comma. However, on the dashboarding side this is quite difficult to display accurately as each possible combination of results appears as a unique entry - and doesn't count each time an option on the multi-select is chosen as one towards the total. An example would be: If customer A chose options "1,2,5" and customer B chose options "3, 5" we would want to show that option '5' was chosen twice. I have also included a screenshot for a bit of visual reference.I hope that makes sense and please let me know if I need to provide any further information - tha
