Introducing Identity ResolutionWhen you upload multiple contact lists or have multiple data sources for your contact uploads, you run the risk of creating multiple contact records for a single individual. These duplicate contact records prevent you from maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. With the Identity Resolution feature in Qualtrics, you can automatically remove those duplicate records in your XM Directory.
