Introducing Identity Resolution

When you upload multiple contact lists or have multiple data sources for your contact uploads, you run the risk of creating multiple contact records for a single individual. These duplicate contact records prevent you from maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. With the Identity Resolution feature in Qualtrics, you can automatically remove those duplicate records in your XM Directory. What if you have embedded data for some of the contacts and then you set up identity resolution. Does the embedded data get lost?
