To stay compliant with employee data rules from works councils, or privacy laws such as GDPR, many organizations need to ensure that the processing of survey responses cannot be attributed to an individual employee in order to maintain confidentiality and trust. With Qualtrics' recent release of the EX Pseudonymization tab, organizations can expand their employee listening, while adhering to internal employee data policies and external data privacy regulations.Brands with EX licenses that include Engagement, Lifecycle or Ad Hoc Employee Research can now set a brand-level policy to automatically pseudonymize personal identifying data from employee surveys as soon as it is being collected, such that survey responses can no longer be attributed to an individual employee. This new capability will help organizations:Mitigate risk associated with GDPR compliance, long-drawn Works Council buy-in, and data security. We here at Qualtrics continue to churn out cool new stuff at breakneck speed! Let's talk about some of the highlights for November thus far. There's Display Logic in the survey, and then there's Display Logic in Reports. And by Reports, I mean Reports-Reports, not Results-Reports. You following me so far? I hope? Anyway, Reports have allowed you to hide visualizations that don't have enough data in them for a while. But now this feature has been upgraded! Now you can add Advanced logic where you can hide and reveal visualizations based on stuff like responses, mean score, minium or maximum values, or sum of all data collected. ! The Mobile App SDK's offerings have expanded! A second Creative called the Mobile Notification is now available for use. You know those little banners for apps that appear at the top of your phone's screen? Now you can make some for your mobile app! (In light of these updates, the Mobile App Project support page and Mobile App Prompt Creative support page
There are exciting new updates available in Employee Experience dashboards! The entire dashboard experience has been redesigned to help you better understand your Employee Engagement results. Not only will your dashboards look amazing, but they’ll inform your understanding of the data with such features as: Overall Dashboard and Widget Enhancements ● Filters are cleaner and more compact, taking up less of your screen. ● Page navigation has been made more user-friendly, with page icons now optional. ● All existing widgets have design updates and usability enhancements, providing modern visual design and a more understandable experience for your dashboard users. ● Your organization’s logo now shows up prominently in the upper-left area of the dashboard header, providing a more personalized experience for your internal users. ● With Show All Percents, you can optionally enable to see all scores, making neutral and unfavorable scores visible in addition to the favorable ones.
