Hello! Is there a way to change the colour of the star outline in the slider/star question? I am using a photo background and I find that the stars don't show enough. I would like to change the light grey outline to a darker grey, but I don't know if it's possible or how to... ! Many thanks in advance!
Hello! I am using the Response Ticker widget to display the open-ended answers to two questions (Main Idea, Other Ideas). However when selecting them in "Content", Qualtrics chooses the order of display and ends-up displaying my Other Ideas before my Main Ideas. I tried un-mapping both, and re-adding them in the order I want them displayed, but it had no impact at all. Any idea? Or it's not something we can control and I can't force one to appear before the other? Example below: ! Thanks!
Hello awesome community of users! In one of my surveys, we show a bunch of images to rate. In my dashboard, I'm showing the % of people who checked each image, but the name is quite confusing so I'd rather display images instead of text... In one of my widgets (simple chart), I was able to "cheat" a bit and to have the image displayed when the mouse rolls over the label (by adding img src="image url" after each label). But I'm wondering if there is a simpler way, one that would display the image directly, without having to roll over the label? Any ideas? Thanks everyone! Widget for reference: !
Hello Qualtrics users! I have a survey with a loop & merge based on images. For each image, we ask 4 questions, one of which is a multi-answer (check all the words you would use to describe the image). I'm having trouble reporting the data in the dashboard... I can report all the adjectives checked for one image. How would you map the variables to show the % of a specific adjective for each image? Right now I know how to show this: ! How can I show this (manually edited image): ! I've thought about creating as many new bucketing variables as I have images and adjectives but obviously it's very long and probably not the right way to do this? Thanks for your help!
Hello! I am trying to show trended NPS data in a widget. We generally show our data like in the graph below. However my execs would like to see a year over year comparison, by month - so have the dark blue line and light blue line on top of each other, so it's easier to compare NPS by month (ex: May 2018 vs. May 2019). I tried to "play" with the settings but couldn't find a way by myself. Has any of you tried? Any ideas? Thanks so much in advance! !
Hello, One of my users forgot to add an embedded data to easily record the Device Type in her survey (the way we usually do it is by using brand logic "if Device Type is Mobile" and then add an embedded data "Mobile" with values Yes/No). We are going to record that info from now on but is there a way to easily code past data to get the Device Type? She had added the DeviceIdentifier variable instead. Any suggestion is welcome!
Hello, I have added a Key Drivers widget in my CX Dashboard but the font size is rather small and it makes the statement hard to read. I haven't found an option to change the font size in Edit - does it exist? How can I increase my font size? Also, I deactivated the "Scale Data Points by Sample Size" option but now all my bubbles are quite small. How can I increase their size as well (uniformly)? Thanks for the help! Hello! I am trying to include the NPS Grouping the respondent belongs to as a text (not a score) in order to pipe it in the subject line of my email triggers. Ex. of subject line = "A [Promoter/Detractor] just completed the survey" Is there an easy way to do that, that already exists? Or do I have to create an embedded variable based on the NPS score in the survey flow, and pipe-in that? Ex: create an embedded data "NPS_Grouping" with value "Promoter" and "Detractor" based on NPS score. I have 20 email triggers to create, one per region (as each region has its director) - and have to repeat for Promoters and Detractors. So I'm looking for the most efficient way to create those triggers. Thanks for your help!
Hello :-) I am currently updating my survey look and feel and changing the image background. One of the images I have is in "portrait mode" and it displays quite nicely on a mobile: ! However it displays poorly on desktop, as Qualtrics centers the image by default: ! Is there a way to force the image to be aligned at the top instead of center? Thanks for your help!
Hello! Someone in my team created multiple scheduled emails, each with different filters. However some don't work as they should - but I'm unable to trace or check the filters she applied. Clicking on the "i" only gives you an explanation of what the "currently applied filters" does. Is there an easy way to see which filters were applied for each of the emails? ! Thanks in advance!
Hello, I am trying to exclude a specific month from my Dashboard data, while still allowing people to use date as a filter. (I.e. exclude December data, while allowing people to filter on any date they want, ex: past month or past year). I tried in the settings, or by adding a specific date filter on the tab, but I wasn't successful. I was thinking of creating a new embedded data with 0/1 value (0 = December data, 1 = rest of the data), and add that new variable as a locked filter. Any other solution you would recommend? Hello! I am reporting NPS by store name (see chart below). In addition to the store name, I would like the label to also show the store number. So instead of showing "Store ABC" it would show "123 - Store ABC". Both information are stored in embedded variables (2 different ones). I have thousands of responses, and hundreds of stores, so I want to avoid creating a new variable to manually combine the two via recoding. Is there a chart widget I can use to show two labels? I tried "playing" with different widgets with no luck... Or do you have any other suggestion? Thanks for your help! !
Hello - first post here :) I am using the Hot Spot question in a bilingual survey (EN/FR). Once a respondent has selected regions, I'm asking for her confirmation by displaying the region names. How can I translate the region names to FR? I reached out to Qualtrics support, and they suggested creating as many embedded variables as I have regions, but I'm wondering if you have ever tried another solution? Thanks for your help!
