Question: What are your professional New Year’s resolutions / goals for 2023?
Here at Qualtrics, we set professional goals for ourselves each quarter, in order to drive success and growth. In the spirit of New Year’s resolutions, we want to set work-related goals for 2023 with you. What about that promotion, new job, resume refresh, or desktop clean-up? Maybe, you want to redesign your work-from-home office. Whatever your professional goals for the year are - we can’t wait to learn all about them!

Many goals for this year on the personal and proffesional level. Regarding Qualtrics and XM I want to continue my longlife learning and finalize some of the learning journeys I'm enroll. Keep learning on how to amplify the impact of the XM Strategies for our customers.
Also, as this is the year of Empathy, as Bruce Temkin shared... I will try to be more empathetic and help companies tto build empathy with customers and employees. ;-)

Luckily management always supported my growth and learning but we had to make some additional cases due to travel policy. It all worked out and I am so excited to be back at X4!

I am a super stubborn person and am not at all motivated by goals. I hate SMART goals even more but always find some compromise with my supervisors. I find it hard to stick to SMART goals because I feel like they don't give you room to pivot when priorities change or when the direction you had laid out isn't the best. My rant aside I do have some broad professional goals for 2023:
1) Get re-engaged and excited in my work. I look forward to going to X4. 2019 was such an inspiring experience I am hoping for the same from 2023.
2) Refresh my quant skills with UGA badge bundle.
3) This is probably the most exciting --- launch our Peer Awards Program that I have been driving for more than a year now. It is so exciting to create formal recognition for an entire department and be the reason for policy change that impacted our entire county. We already had a huge win in policy change so we can give items of recognition to staff. Now, let's hope the fight was worth it and we get enough hype going that we get plenty of nominations and have so much fun passing prizes out for great work!

Personally, I am looking forward to changing some habits to lose a little weight and get more physically active.
Professionally, we are looking forward to using CX+EX data to help find more insights. Also we are going to revamp our RSurvey this year with lots of changes that I'm looking forward to. Better O data will lead to better final data!

Happy 2023 everyone!
Our engagement team just set a goals to re-evaluate our benchmarking this year and expand how we contextualize our employee survey data.
More personally, my word for the year is "hello." At work that represents an attempt to welcome project change (even change masquerading as chaos!) and as an opportunity to learn and collaborate more effectively.

I would like to obtain a couple of certifications, learn enough coding to make our surveys look better and dig into some major dashboarding improvements including the use of journey analytics.
Would absolutely love a fully immersive onsite customized training opportunity...at an all inclusive exotic beach location of course! ☺️

Since I've started utilizing Qualtrics my focus has been Customer Experience. As I'm sure there's a lot more to learn on the CX side, and that is one of my goals, I also want to start diving into the EX side of things in 2023.
I also hope to participate/contribute much more to this Community!
