During the first week of each month, we will post a new question, topic, or activity for you to connect with the community and earn a badge. All community members who contribute a thoughtful comment to this month’s discussion, between January 3 and January 31, will receive this badge worth 40 points.

Question: What are your professional New Year’s resolutions / goals for 2023?
Here at Qualtrics, we set professional goals for ourselves each quarter, in order to drive success and growth. In the spirit of New Year’s resolutions, we want to set work-related goals for 2023 with you. What about that promotion, new job, resume refresh, or desktop clean-up? Maybe, you want to redesign your work-from-home office. Whatever your professional goals for the year are - we can’t wait to learn all about them!

To be more present...not get lost in what others are doing (social media) or fixating on "what's next".

My goal for 2023 is to carve out 1 hour each week to prioritize and focus on strategic thinking.


My goal is to continue spreading the seed of flying even further. 🪂
Paragliding is so magical that is meant to be shared so that one of mankind's most ancient dreams can be kept alive.
Creating new designs and implementing surveys will certainly help to give traction to this project.

My goal is to deepen my understanding of this platform. I feel like we're only scratching the surface of capability and have goals of rolling out additional always-on listening channels so we're always understanding Team Member sentiment and offering ways for our Team Members to feel heard. I'd also like to have others from my department join this Qualtrics journey (ie: Learning & Development and HR Business Partners).


I have 8 month experience in Core XM and I am looking forward to do following:
-> integrate JS in my surveys to better incorporate my ideas and requirements into survey
->to learn Core XM in further details to get onto the path of certification.
->to become gradually proficient in each of these CustomerXM, EmployeeXM, BrandXM, and ProductXM concepts by learning them in depth.


My goal this year is to learn more about agile methodologies, and also read at least 6 books related to cx and technology


My goal this year is to explore more of XM Discover, implement at least a few XM Discover projects. Maybe even visit the Qualtrics office and meet a few Qualtrics folks before year ends ✨


My goal for Q1 of 2023 is to earn the XMF credential. I've earned an industry designation that incorporates CX expertise but this year I want to focus more on holistic and discipline focused professional development. XMP here I come!

my goal is to combine the entire activities of my organization customer journey into one funnel through Qualtrics directory update and synchronization. its a big project internally first that Qualtrics functionality.
