Check to make sure this person hasn't opened a trial account. We run into this when someone hasn't registered within the Organization Account. Sometimes people have multiple accounts because their institution has enrolled them in an account, they have a trial account, or they’ve accidentally created a sharing account in addition to main Qualtrics account.
A group member could also share the surveys with you, correct?
@Ben I've got a discussion going under Research Core Using Research Core for Course Evaluation @RondaD and others hopefully will jump in and give us some advice. We're in the infancy stage of setting up and hope to implement summer 2018.
Here are a couple of key points to consider: 1. Keep your file small. If you're using images from print, (like a logo) adjust resolution to 72dpi before uploading. 2. Save in PNG format.
Hi Barnaby, If you have to suffer making creatives though powerpoint, one trick for clearer files is to SAVE AS and change the formatting to .jpeg or .png. Unfortunately, the random number generator ${rand://int/1000:9999} cannot guarantee no repeats. You'd have to set up a web service to a designated URL. (And your license would have to have API access) I've been searching for a Web Service to no avail. If anyone can suggest one, I'd appreciate it! So need this!
