@miga12 So I have a thought on this, in Qualtrics you can create a new block with a text entry question. then below create a multiple choice question with your 4 fixed names and the 5th would be to right click and choose insert piped text, insert from a survey question, choose the "what name" question you created and at the end of this code, add "ment" - ${q://QID135/ChoiceTextEntryValue}ment. The part I'm not sure about is how you would pipe in only a fixed amount of characters from the previous question. Does anyone else have thoughts on this? Screenshot below is of my setup for this: !
Awesome thank you!
Some subject hooks that get my attention are: How was (Subject name)? Take this quick survey to rate your experience! Did you like (Subject name)? Let them know now! Hurry, your response is needed! How did (Subject) fair? We need your opinion! Rate your experience with (Subject name)! I also think anything with urgency, or a "free" coupon or offer also helps.
Good information, I haven't run into this problem yet but will be good to note!
@RachelTHREE This has happened to me as well. Also noticed sometimes when choosing recoded choices for display logic, the display logic window shows different recoded values, in a different order than I set up, even after refreshing. When this happens to me I save and refresh the page. Anyone else notice this?
Ah that makes sense, awesome thanks for sharing the info @TomG
@TomG have you tried clearing your browser history/cache and re logging in to post? My next guess might be which browser your using. Has anyone else had problems posting?
The Community has been great so far, I really enjoy the challenges and connectivity with other Qualtrics users. Having a growing collection of common questions and answers is sure to benefit everyone.
I'm really liking these community challenges and look forward to the next one!
I can also confirm this has happened before, and while working in survey flow. I've learned the hard way to save often, maybe every few lines or branches in survey flow, exit and search for the question to easily find my place in the flow again. However, it looks like an update might have been implemented that keeps your position in the flow. Which makes saving and closing much easier.
