Hi!! My favourite place on earth is anywhere I can share with my loved ones. Today, I would say the small village i live, near Madrid. A place called Cabanillas de la Sierra, with only 800 people ;-) But also love to travel and could think in many places in Latinamerica, US, Asia, Europe, Africa…. Hello @Mol, I definitely agree about sharing with loved ones. Madrid is one of the top places on my bucket list, so I’m glad to hear it being mentioned here! 😄 Thanks Jose!! You are very welcome here anytime you want! Just let me know and will help you with anything you need!!! ;-)

Many goals for this year on the personal and proffesional level. Regarding Qualtrics and XM I want to continue my longlife learning and finalize some of the learning journeys I'm enroll. Keep learning on how to amplify the impact of the XM Strategies for our customers. Also, as this is the year of Empathy, as Bruce Temkin shared... I will try to be more empathetic and help companies tto build empathy with customers and employees. ;-)

Hey guys!! Great to keep engaging here in a more personal way. I live in a very small village near Madrid and there is a tradition to run a 10km race on the last day of the year. There is a very famous race in Madrid that is called San Silvestre Vallecana, where more than 15.000 people run across this neighbourhood in Madrid. In our village we replicate this and we have the Sal Sin Norte (word game) where aprox. 100 people for the near villages run the 10 km from one village to ours. After that everybody gathers in front of 1 of the 3 bars in town and they prepare a very nice broth for everybody and we spend together part of the last day of the year. ;-)

Hi!! Greetings from Madrid!! ;-) I'm do not see many scary movies or series... as my wife doesn't like them too much. But giving another approach to scary things... I would say that Don't look up can be pretty scary if you think how media and masses behave sometimes ;-)Have a great day to everyone!
Hi Jay! I'm really excited to be again at the X4 summit and learn about the roadmap and future of the Qualtrics XM platform. I wanted to ask you two questions and would love to hear your thoughts about it: 1. Do you think that NPS Benchmarks are really accurate considering that every company implements NPS in a different way and that this might affect the result you get? (i.e. when and how do you ask the question) 2. How do you think that A.I. would affect the future of research? How long would it take before i will be able to predict the NPS based on the information that i already have from the interaction, without needing to ask the customer? I hope that you are a great visionary and will help us anticipate the future!!! Looking forward to learn from you and share great experiences during the event! Carlos
Hi, I think both systems are useful for different purpose. In our case, Tableau is very good for integrating the management information for the board and directors from different sources. However, allowing different users and roles to access specific information is more complex, so we use Role Based Dashboards to allow each user to access his specific information.
