Hi,I'm testing my intercepts with the bookmarklet, I selected "editing mode",but I notice that the actual survey does take the published version and the "editing mode" option only relates to the intercept rules. Is there any way to indicate that you want to test with the Preview mode of the survey? It's easier afterwards to delete "preview" type answers from the data&analysis of the survey results.
Hi All,Does anyone have a Style Sheet or HTML Code for the inline NPS question for outlook that makes it appear as nicely as it does on Gmail? Take a look at these two screenshots to see the difference. I'm sure someone has confronted and solved this issue already and if you could share I would be really grateful!"The off the shelf version looks great and functions well for GmailBut appears to render poorly for outlook, at least people using outlook desktop clients. It not only doesn’t look as good (lacking the crisp boxes), it also has more "difficult to use" functionality. You have to be precisely over the # you wish to select as a respondent, not a pixel to the left or right.
We have some hourly employees who do not have an email address. When we tried to upload our org roster to the platform, we received error report listing the missing emails as errors. Do you have any suggestions on how we manage the missing values since some of our employees do not have email addresses?
I am not a UX designer at all, but I wonder if anyone can help me with some css to make all of the colors the secondary and only have the banner be the primary? Made this mockup of a theme, but what I need is the secondary color applied to everything but the banner (see the image) . I can interpret css somewhat and could change color codes, just no idea how to write it on my own.
When a workflow generates a new Qualtrics ticket, we are required to set the ticket owner to a Qualtrics user and that user receives an email notification. I have a need however for an email to also be generated to a team email box (a non-Qualtrics user). I can easily do that as a secondary task on the workflow, however I need the ability for that email to provide a link to the newly generated ticket. Does anyone know how I might be able to achieve this? I looked for an option to generate an email upon ticket creation, but that doesn't seem to be an option when creating ticket related tasks. Thanks!
