How can you manage missing email addresses when uploading data to Employee Directory?

We have some hourly employees who do not have an email address. When we tried to upload our org roster to the platform, we received error report listing the missing emails as errors. Do you have any suggestions on how we manage the missing values since some of our employees do not have email addresses?

If you are not using the list for sending emails, and just to keep a track of a roster, you can use the solution provided below -
In Qualtrics, FirstName, LastName , Email Address are the required fields for any contact list to upload. If you can put up some dummy emails (test@test.com) in your list before uploading it will help you here.
Also, your enabled email dedup feature will not allow you to use the same email for all, you might need to use test01, test02 for each missing email. ITs easy when you do it with excel.
