Hi! i have a problem in the pre-built report visualization Qualtrics has in the Brand Awareness & Performance. The survey is ready and i generated test responses, but when i tried to see the report and i got an error (error saving changes!) but i havent made any change!. Te message of the error is:Changes can’t be saved“It looks like someone is editing this report at the same time as you and has already saved changes. Reload your page to see the most recent version and try again.” I reload the page but still has the same error. How can i do for solve the problem? Thanks
I’m a brand admin. I can view brand tickets in the Customer Success Hub. In the Customer Success Hub, when viewing tickets there currently is no way to filter tickets by the “Status” Column. It would be helpful to be able to do this for our brand (utexas.qualtrics.com) since we have a long ticket history. This enhancement would also benefit other brand admins.Thanks,Sergio Martin

Hi all,This morning I noticed that the Loop and Merge screen dimensions are bugged: the fields flow off screen, and the spacing is all wrong. This happens for me across accounts, across browsers, across new vs. old surveys, and with/without an external monitor plugged in. Any idea what's going on? Is the fix on my end or on Qualtrics'?

Hello all,I just opened a Qualtrics account with a free trial.I am interested in conducting a survey using a panel, so I need to a redirect to URL to redirect participants to the Panel.However, the option is blocked, it says: "Redirect to a URL ... (Unavailable for your brand)"I am guessing it is because of the free trial. I wanted to know whether the "Standard" account is sufficient to get this feature, or I need a more advanced account for this specific feature to work.
