Used a workflow email task on a loop & merge project to generate a report for a project using pipped text. It needs to be in a very specific format and that was the easiest place I found to do it (the report builder is NOT user friendly). If the loop stops, the extra commas and lines aren’t needed. I'm trying to create a question where the display logic is based on the previous text entry question. My issue is that I have over 100 conditions based on that previous answer - it's very tedious to enter those manually. There has to be a faster/more efficient way to do this. Ideally, I'd love to be able to point the survey to an excel document to base those display logic conditions. Is that possible? Any insight/direction would be greatly appreciated!!
Is there a way I can use the embedded data I have in my contacts to display as answer choices? Trying to find a better way to edit answer choices. I'd love to be able to pipe in a particular embedded data field so that it displays as the answer choices for the survey question. I'm just now trying to learn how to code and I'm guessing java script might be the best way to do this but again, I'm absolutely ignorant as to where to start. Is there someone I can pay to help me with this or a course I can learn how to edit answer choices that update from a list instead of typing them all in one by one? Any direction at all would be greatly appreciated at this point.

I'm trying to use one survey where the Coordinator initiates the process by completing the first part of the survey, then the instructor will go in and complete their part of the same survey. Ideally, I'd like to be able to populate some of the question text for the instructor to be what the coordinator entered for the same course. I'm pretty sure I could use a retake link to do this, but how can I automatically generate/capture that retake link so that it's sent in an automated email (either action or trigger) before the coordinator initiates? How can I prepare the automated email (or is there some language to use so it automatically updates that link before sending?If I can't do that, maybe I can separate this into 2 different surveys. Then use embedded data to pipe in answers from survey 1 to be part of the question for survey 2? Is it possible to have formulas/calculations in Qualtrics for text entry answers? For instance, I want instructors to enter a grade for each student in a lab (student 1: 89; student 2: 90) then at the bottom I'm hoping to get the % that score above a certain number. Do I have to gain JavaScript knowledge or is this just not possible? Sorry - complete novice here so I appreciate any guidance. Also, if there are any great courses for learning JavaScript that you've found helpful I'd love to know where to start. TIA. :)
