Hello - I know 'shorter is better' when it comes to surveys, but was curious if anyone has any data around; survey duration, completion percentage, and invite method. What me and my team have been wrestling with is - what are the acceptable/ideal survey length for a digital site intercept vs. an e-mail survey post visit. Does anyone have any data/experience they can share about this? Bonus points if you have completion rates by invite method as well.Thanks in advance and looking forward to the discussion, and hoping I don't get hit with a bunch of sales pitches.Allen
Hello - I'm trying to do a Pick, Group, and Rank question with three groups. When I look at this question in preview, it does not seem to be aligning correctly (screen shot below). Are there any tips or best practices on how to set the alignment so that all the 'groups' align, and the 'Item' text does not bleed into the box?Allen
Hi all - I've been trying to figure out the best way to represent customer comments collected through various VOC touchpoints. Specifically, does anyone have any formulas or best practices on scoping the impact from customer comments. I know I read at one time in the past that a single customer comment, is equilivant to 20 customers...but I don't remember where I saw that or how that was calculated. If anyone has any ideas on how to quantify the potential customer impact, from customer comments, I'd appreicate hearing from you. I've tried this in the past and never felt good about the results, and with increased focus on customer feedback right now, I want to make sure what I deliver is not misleading the business.Cheers,Allen
We have a transactional VOC survey, and are looking at adding the product review (Bazaarvoice) at the end of the survey - for those customers would like to leave us a review. I have seen a few examples of this in the wild, but most of them have been for hotels. From a functional perspective, it appears that we can do this via iframes within the Qualtrics survey - but I'm wondering if there are any best practices, specific to the survey flow, that could help influence us. Typically I see the review at the end of the survey, but we are wondering how much it matters if it's at the end or the beginning? Any thoughts, ideas, or best practices would be greatly appreciated. Hello - I'm trying to audit all of the 2019 survey's we did, but have not found a way to export all surveys (at the brand level) for 2019 - including these details: 1. Total survey responses 2. Impressilons 3. Clicks I've been able to export a report of all auditiable responses, and I can see all the surveys assoicated with me on the Summary Report tab...I just am not able to find an easy way to see all activity at a brand level. Any tips or suggestions on how to accomplish this? Thanks, Allen
Hello - I'm trying to figure out how if there are any tips or tricks that will allow me to reduce the amount of space around a survey question and/or survey answer. What I'm trying to do is reduce the spacing so that the full rating scale can be viewed on a single mobile phone screen. This question is a Mobile Friendly, Matrix question - which defaults to an accordian on mobile phones and apps. I thought I could just reduce the font size, but that did not work. I just started to learn CSS, but have not covered anything like this yet. If there is anyone who can share some insights into how I can accomplish this, it would be greatly appreicated. Hello, I'm still fairly new to using Qualtrics and could not find my specific question/answer in the support documents - so hoping the community can help. Basically what I'm trying to do is embed a survey single URL in an e-mail already going to customers, and I want to make sure I collect some metadata that is associated with the e-mail already. I understand that I can create multiple URL's and preset the data to embed, but since the e-mail goes out to so many - I'd rather have a dynamic embedding process. Example: * Field = Member; Value = (Yes, No, Maybe) * Field = Proximity; Value = ( variable distances) URL Example: survey.mysite.com?Member=_<value pulled in from e-mail file>_&Proximity=_<value pulled in from e-mail file>_ Is this possible and if so, can someone share the right syntax to pull in the current value for each survey respondent in our file? Hopefully this makes sense, but if not, let me know and I'll try to clarify. Allen
I'm trying to add a slider question to my survey, to compare two statements. Basically I need a slider where the the left handle might be 'I love candy' and on the right side 'I love cake' (example of course). What I'm looking our respondents to do is slide the scale to best represent which statement they more closely align with. I can only find how to create a single handle slider in the Qualtrics tool. Any help or direction would be appreciated.
I'm looking to see if I can integrate New Relic with the Qualtrics survey results. Ideally I'm hoping to capture what error(s) a customer experiences as part of their VOC survey feedback.
I'm trying to only trigger an action/e-mail when a respondent includes a specific word in their open-end comment. For this specific use case the word(s) I'm looking to have the e-mail triggered off of is 'app' and/or 'apps'. The problem I'm running into is that I'm also getting alerts when a word like 'apply' is in the text - which is not what I want. I was told to use 'matches regex' but that still does not seem to be working. Any suggestions on how to get this functionality to work? I've added a screen shot of what it currently looks like, which is not working.!
