Hello,I am looking for other Qualtrics users that have been using Segments & Lists for uploading contacts for annual or quarterly customer surveys (ie NPS Relationship surveys) and may now be using the Transaction Group.I am asking because I did not understand Segments & Lists overwrites all your data fields in the Directory because it treats all these fields as embedded data. I want to be able to upload these contacts and identify fields as either embedded or transaction, however, the transaction group approach does not seem like the right fit either. It is not really a transaction like a support case or a services engagment etc. It is more a periodic survey.This has come to my attention with the recent Respondent Funnel rollout that went live in August where we need to identify fields as either embedded or transaction for the entire directory.Thank youMaureen
Hello,We have had 2 existing projects where a workflow generated both a ticket and an email successfully in Qualtrics, but the employee who should have received the email did not receive it in their inbox. Both projects had the emails being successfully received and then in December 2021 one project had this issue and in January 2022 another project had this issue.We discovered that once we reassigned a ticket in the project, the new emails and overdue emails started to be received by the employees successfully.I believe this is a bug in Qualtrics and am wondering if there are any other users that have had this issue.Thank you,Maureen
Hi I am trying to create a User Type for API set up that would allow response data to be accessed, but not allow creation of surveys or distributions. Does anyone have a template of what permissions should be enabled and disabled for this type of API user?
Hi, We currently have our Default Directory Settings for Automatic Deduplication checked for email only. We have one project live and we will be testing two other projects. Our test cases require that we have multiple invites sent to a tester. Can we use the following email addresses in the same test mailing list and successfully receive each email: 1. john.smith@xyz.com 2. john.smith+1@xyz.com 3. john.smith+2@xyz.com 4. john.smith+3@xyz.com, etc I am trying to prevent having to have our IT department create multiple unique email addresses for each tester (ie john.smith@xyz.com) and test case each time we test projects in Qualtrics. Hi, We are looking to make changes to our first project that is a daily support survey/dashboard. I would like to understand best practices that other companies are using for making changes ie creating a new project each time and mapping new source for distribution and dashboard versus shutting down survey while changes are being made and then starting survey up when testing is done. Please advise.
We have a support transaction import file that processes daily for support cases. We can have the same email address in the daily import file for multiple cases for multiple products. How do customers address only sending one survey per day to an email address through Qualtrics to prevent over surveying the customer? We have been told that transaction import files do not support dedup of email addresses. Thank you,
