We have a support transaction import file that processes daily for support cases. We can have the same email address in the daily import file for multiple cases for multiple products. How do customers address only sending one survey per day to an email address through Qualtrics to prevent over surveying the customer? We have been told that transaction import files do not support dedup of email addresses. Thank you,

Was it support that told you this? If so, I'm guessing they're correct. If that's the case, I would suggest looking to see if your support case system has any integrations with Qualtrics, as you'll need to use deduplication in order to prevent customers from receiving multiple surveys per day.
