I am trying to create a User Type for API set up that would allow response data to be accessed, but not allow creation of surveys or distributions. Does anyone have a template of what permissions should be enabled and disabled for this type of API user?

Hello Fabio,
This was set up awhile ago and we don't use the API that I am aware of at this time. However, I think we leveraged Qualtrics Support to help with this set up.
New User Type created for API Access:
General Tab - only areas Enabled are:
a. Project Permissions - Customer Experience
b. Account Permissions - Access API, Collaborate Projects, Download Survey Reports, Use Qualtrics Tickets, Use CX Dashboards, Use Response Weighting, Manage Actions Across Projects, Access Data & Analysis
c. Survey Permissions - View Survey Results, View Response ID, View Restricted Data, Customize Theme, View Text Analysis
Survey Platform Tab - only areas Enabled are:
a. Project Permissions - Customer Experience Survey Project, Survey Platform
b. Survey Permissions - Download Survey Results, Use Quotas, Manage Screen-outs, Filter Survey Results, Use Flow Control Logic
Under Contacts tab - all areas Disabled
