Hello,I’m using the MaxDiff project type (NOT the matrix / table question type in a standard survey), and I’m wondering if there’s any way to add custom CSS or any other code to modify / customize the instructions since there is not a rich content editor when you set up the display for MaxDiff. What I’m hoping to do is be able to bold or underline certain words so it’s not just one large wall of text for respondents to read. Any help or insight would be much appreciated!
Hello! We are designing a survey that will be administered over the phone. To make it easy on our Teleservice reps, it would be ideal if we could have an "out" built in if a respondent should decide they no longer wish to participate. That way, the reps don't have to keep clicking the "Next" button all the way until the end of the survey. Does anyone know if creating this button is possible? Or would it be better to include an "Exit Survey" response to every question that would take the reps to the end of the survey? Thank you!
In one of my projects, I created multiple blocks that the participant would be sent down depending on how they answered the first question in the survey. The questions are mostly the same, but some blocks ask more questions and some blocks ask fewer questions. Is there a way to combine answers from the questions we asked everybody? For example, we asked all respondents in their blocks how long they have worked with "XYZ"...can we combine the responses from all of the blocks into one variable?
The graphs and tables generated from the Analysis tab on Stats iQ is _exactly_ what I need. When I export, however, I'm given a completely different graph and a weird "table" in Excel. Is there a way that I can export the information as it appears on the Stats iQ platform?
We are preparing to launch a survey where our Teleservices Reps will be calling customers and walking them through an online survey to collect their responses. I am wondering if there is a way for the Reps to end the survey if a participant no longer wishes to continue at any point. Some questions have a forced response assigned to them because of skip logic, so I am hesitant to instruct our Reps to just click through until they get to the end of the survey because they will likely have to answer a forced response question to continue. In the Survey Options tab (where you edit your survey), under the Survey Experience section, I have de-selected the save and continue option. My rationale here is that the Rep can simply close out of the browser if a customer does not wish to continue. This way, when the Rep clicks on the survey link to start a new survey with a new respondent, it will not bring up the unfinished survey from the previous respondent. I have also indicated that I would like
I was wondering if, after the data set is exported, I could add another variable to the data. For this survey, we didn't need to ask for demographic questions because we have ways to identify those characteristics. Since we didn't ask for them in the survey, though, we can't use them in the analysis. Can I add or maybe even manipulate an existing variable into a new one (I'm trying to add Gender as a variable) and then import the new data set to run analysis?
When I go to the Text tab under Data & Analysis on the survey platform, it will only let me add one open text field at a time. I have a lot of open text fields and adding them one by one is proving to take up a lot of time. Is there a way to add all of the open text fields at the same time? Also, I noticed that my Text iQ does not look like the Text iQ in the demo video. I can't create a new topic or interact with the data in any way. Has anybody else had this problem? Does anybody have any recommendations on how to troubleshoot? Thank you!
Hey, everyone. I have been using the Qualtrics email distribution tool to send out surveys using anonymous links. Since you can't schedule reminder emails using anonymous links, I had to go in and recreate the email invitation every time I wanted to send a push. I completely forgot to change the link type this last time from individual to anonymous and the push email was sent out using individual links. Will this mess anything up with my results? I'm just looking for a little peace of mind that I didn't just completely ruin a project :D Thanks!
