Single Report Link expiration

Hello,We have a single response report link that is included in an action email as piped text. Are there settings for this link and how long is the link active for?A response report is not included with this email for appearance purposes. Thanks for your help in advance. Danny

I have an action set to go out when a certain responses are selected. In that email I would like to have a link so the recipient can download the responses as a pdf. How do I do this?

Is there a way to get an alert or notification if an Action fails?

My group is responsible for several forms within our organization. Occasionally there is an issue and rather than having to react I want to be notified if an action fails. Is there a way to do this through the API?Is there another way to do this if the API does not support this?

Javascript not working on a dropdown menu

Hello, I am trying to set embedded data based on a dropdown selection and it is not working. Here is my code Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnload(function() { this.questionclick = function(event,element) { if (element.type == 'select'){ var choiceNum = this.getChoiceRecodeValue(element.id.split('~')[2]); } if (choiceNum == 01) { Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.setEmbeddedData('ClassComp','True'); } else if (choiceNum == 04) { Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.setEmbeddedData('ClassComp','True'); } I don't get an error but it doesn't do anything either. Ive recoded each answer but nothing seems to work. What am I missing?

Set embedded data from a text entry

I have a 28 answer question and the last answer is a text entry. I am trying to get this text entry to become embedded data. I tried Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.setEmbeddedData('SBAEmail',Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.getChoiceAnswerValue(28)) but this is not working. Any ideas?

Trying to set embedded data from radio or dropdown response

Hello, I am trying to get the numerical value of a response (1 for first choice, 2 for second and so on) so I can use it to set a specific email. Forward retake link if unused after a certain period of time

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to forward an email generated from qualtrics containing a retake link to another person if the first person does not click on the link within 48 hours. Is there a way to do this? I would be happy to explore java too. Thanks, Danny

Trying to set embedded data from an answer

Hello, I have a question with 30 different answers. I would like to set or add embedded data based on each response but still use the same identifier. Currently I have this so far. Theres a syntax error and Im really green with Java but I want to learn. What I am looking to do is for each answer set the embedded data (SBAName) so I can use the email address to be piped into an action later on. This saves me creating so many actions and branches in the flow. How do I lookup an email in a contact list and set it as embedded date so I can create an action?

Hello. I have a contact list already uploaded with names and emails. One of the questions in my survey is a dropdown with the list of names. Is there a way I can use the answer from that dropdown to lookup the email and set it as embedded data so I can pipe it into an action later? This will save me from creating 30 actions (1 for each email).

Why arent all of the questions appearing on the piped text menu?

! I am trying to create a formula based on a response but the question isnt appearing in the formula menu. Can anyone tell me why? I've tried changing the validation type, removing validation, changing display logic and adding a new question. Nothing works. What am I missing?

How can I get a trigger based on a future date

I am looking for a trigger email to go out if a selected date answer to a question is greater than two weeks from today. I cannot get this to work through an action or a trigger.

How can I send email triggers to different reciepients with a retake link to each?

I have a survey that triggers four emails to different recipients. Each recipient needs to sign off on their portion but the way it works now everyone gets the same link that goes to all four questions. How can I set it up so each recipient gets the link to their question? Thanks
