I am trying to create a formula based on a response but the question isnt appearing in the formula menu. Can anyone tell me why? I've tried changing the validation type, removing validation, changing display logic and adding a new question. Nothing works. What am I missing?

Have you tried refereshing your account? When I get weird and non-sensical things like this, it tends to solve them. It's kind of the Qualtrics version of turning it off and back on again.
