Hi,I have a question on how Qualtrics treats “empty” values for embedded data fields with the EX participant import automation in lifecycle projects.Use case is as follows - onboarding survey, participants are pulled in based on “entry date” value (date = 30 days before today) on a daily basis. Now what we want:If the departure date is before today, then do not add to the survey (in case someone leaves the company within the first month or first 5 months). And possibly also: If the departure is not less than 14 days in the future, then send out a survey (so that employees who are about to leave do not receive an onboarding survey, as they will soon receive an exit survey). Unfortunately, you cannot set a negative condition, right? But if we enter 'less than' instead of 'more than', how will empty departure fields be treated? Would they still be added to the survey (empty = further in the future) or would they not meet the condition?Anybody encountered something like this?Thanks!
Hi all, Our client is using action planning for all teams in the organisation - that leads to quite a bit of activity in the platform and unfortunately not all users keep to the guidelines we provided on best practices. So now the situation is that some action plans are not “anchored” to the correct topic - e.g. some users correctly created that action plan “Workshop” as a custom topic, but some also simply clicked on any question in the dashboard and created the action plan under that. At the moment, I see no way to change the topic an action plan relates to later on - nothing is editable. I also cannot find anything related to this in the documentation. Anybody have any experience with this? Thanks!
Hi, does anybody know of a way to use the Qualtrics File Service that can be used in the Directory for Contact Data Import Automations also for exporting the Survey Responses? This would technically be a lot easier than using / sending via SFTP. Any ideas are welcome! :) Thanks!
Hi, we are preparing a large scale employee experience survey - however there is a big branch of employees that has no email address in the database. They are factory workers and do not use any PC equipment at work. We are facing 2 challenges now: a) how do we even get them in the directory beforehand? Qualtrics does not allow an upload when email is empty? how do we send the surveys to them? Creating individual links and giving them out seems bothersome.. but there is no individual QR code generator, right? Thanks for the help, maybe somebody dealt with something similar.
Hi, I am currently trying to set up a survey that assesses the level of maturity in a field for participants. It has a scoring running in the background, based on the score you receive different end of survey messages with your "level". However, participants should be able to sign up for a more detailed report that they receive via email. This report should for one show their own score in the individual categories (blocks) in a spider chart but should also show how they compare within the categories to other participants. I have 3 problems in my report: Is there a best practice guide for showing scoring in a report? I can only find widgets that display my full score, average, mean - but I would like to show e.g. scores per category (block)How do I set up the report so that it shows only the data of a certain individual/1 participant in it? How do I indicate what the individual answered WITHIN all the gathered answers? Has anybody set up something like this? Thank you!
Hi all, I was wondering what the best way would be to achieve a "striped" style in the answers across the whole survey as per the style guide I have received. The expected outcome is this: So have the first answer choice always be grey, and the next one white and then have this pattern repeat. This should apply across the whole survey. Does anybody have any idea on how best to achieve this? Thanks in advance!
Hi all, I got the request from a designer that for all surveys the progress is to be displayed in text, meaning e.g. 1/10 (as in 1 out of 10 questions answered). Ideally, they want this information next to an icon in the header of the survey like this: Playing around so far has not achieved anything for me - I have not found any piped text option or similar. Can anybody point me in a feasible direction please? Thanks!
Hi, I have a question regarding the set up of Gauge Charts. We are tracking employee mood over time and I want to show, how the mood improved or decreased from the previous week to the current week. I have seen in several presentations that there should? be a way to indicate this in Gauge Charts, for example like this: I have not found any documentation as to how to set this up? Hi all, I am currently looking at this guide provided by SAP regarding an integration between SAP Marketing and Qualtrics: https://help.sap.com/viewer/d39ca7da7f8e4aa4bf2d1d5dc9930324/1911.500/en-US However, for me it is not clear what the Use Case behind the referenced iFlows and integration is? Especially the second flow "Mapping Qualtrics Surveys Data to SAP Marketing Cloud" is confusing - where is the data mapped to in the Cloud? To a campaign, a user? Where is it displayed and how? I'd be grateful if anybody could provide some insights into this!
