Our client is using action planning for all teams in the organisation - that leads to quite a bit of activity in the platform and unfortunately not all users keep to the guidelines we provided on best practices.
So now the situation is that some action plans are not “anchored” to the correct topic - e.g. some users correctly created that action plan “Workshop” as a custom topic, but some also simply clicked on any question in the dashboard and created the action plan under that.
At the moment, I see no way to change the topic an action plan relates to later on - nothing is editable. I also cannot find anything related to this in the documentation.
Anybody have any experience with this?
