We have a survey we are going to distribute in both English and Japanese. I know the survey will translate the question set from English into Japanese -- but can anyone advise if the tool will also translate any responses received (to open text questions) that are in Japanese into English?
Hi All,We have a client that wants to distribute a survey using unique links/email addresses --- but they want the individual to be able to take that survey/change their responses repeatedly up until a specific point.We've set up the link in the email as 'multiple response' - but the client doesn't like that the tool adds each new response from the same person. They want the tool to overwrite any prior responses; so one row per respondent. Is this possible with an Individual Link? To allow the person to use the same line and overwrite any prior responses?Thanks for any guidance!
Hi All,I have a survey where the customer asked to have an invite sent with a link for each person. This was done. Now they want the individual links for each person so that they can chase them down individually (they like to go this route vs auto follow-up with a Reminder). I've generated the personal links -- but are they different from the links the individual received in their email invite? Or are they just a copy of what each individual received in their invite? Trying to avoid having multiple responses from the same person.Thanks!

Our client would like just this unique recommendations page to be formatted into a 'professional looking' PDF and then automatically emailed to the respondent upon submission.Is something like this do-able?

Reaching out to this community just to see if there is any guidance on if the tool is capable of performing the below actions:They want to set an expiration date for the taking the survey, but do this based on individual target. (i.e. Target 1 can take the survey Monday - Wednesday, whereas Target 2 can only take the survey Tuesday - Friday). Is this possible?They want the tool to be able to cancel this set expiration date based on Target - and allow the Target to reschedule to a different time, and have that expiration updated/adjusted in the tool.They want to be able to schedule this expiration by Target via bulk upload.They want the survey to issue reminders to the Targets that their testing window is approaching.They want the survey to confirm that the Target's system is compatible with the testing.They want a dynamic progress bar that appears
Hi All,I've got a survey that - depending on several variable (Rank, Industry and how they rate their proficiency in certain areas) - select 'Courses' should be shown (or hidden). I've tried implementing scoring, based on the Proficiency rating. Also, I've setup the 'Courses' as part of a Single Choice question (figuring I can use Display Logic to show or hide the answer choice within the question). I believe I've gotten the scoring sorted (mostly) -- but need help figuring out how to apply a 'range' to Display Logic to show/hide based on the Proficiency Score. (i.e. if the score is between 5-9, then show. If not, then hide).Am I on the right track (applying scoring, then embedded field to capture the score, then Display logic to show/hide?))?I'm open to any suggestions! :)Thank you!
Hi,So, I've got a survey where the first question is 'How many languages do you know?' -- numeric text field. Based on the number they enter, they want a follow-on question listing each language and level of proficiency (side by side question). 1) Is there a way to take the answer from a prior Text Entry and use that to create a set number of text fields in a follow-on question?2) If I need to create a drop down asking them to select the number of languages -- can I make it so that if they select answer 'C' (C=3 languages) that the follow-on question automatically creates 3 text fields to itemize/detail the specifics.Can this be done??
Hi,New to the group! Our company has just deployed Qualtrics and my team is trying to determine how we can make formatting changes that are more 'micro' than the settings offered in Qualtrics. For example -- Under Look & Feel, you have the option to adjust the Question Spacing. There are three choices 'Extended', 'Comfortable', 'Compact'. None of these meet the requirements of the client - and we'd like to be able to get in there to make changes at a more 'micro' level. Qualtrics support can't even point us to where we might make these changes ---- which leads to my question. Is it possible to make formatting adjustments like this in Qualtrics? If so, where??Thanks for any guidance!
Hi, I've got a large survey, where people need to review specific 'activities' and indicate if they 'Do' or 'Need to do' those activities (displayed in a single select matrix). At the end, I need to display a summary view of only the Activities that they 'Need to do', broken out by section. Ideally - want to show in this one Descriptive Text page -- the title of the sub-section and then the list of the Activities they need to do within that section. Thoughts on how to do this? I've looking into Carry Forward, Display Logic, etc. -- but coming up short.
