Automatically send Results Report to respondent via PDF

Hi All,
We have a survey where the respondent get a page of custom recommendations at the end, dependent on the answer choices they make within the survey.
Our client would like just this unique recommendations page to be formatted into a 'professional looking' PDF and then automatically emailed to the respondent upon submission.
Is something like this do-able?

    Not email, but we can use response summary option and provide the download pdf option by customizing the response summary page.
    Regarding email, we can do this by building report on external service and using external web services to send email to respodent.
