Multiple questions about possible features/functions in Qualtrics --- i.e. 'can Qualtrics do this?'

Hi All,I have a client that wants the Qualtrics tool do to a whole bunch of features/functions that I'm not certain the tool is capable of. Reaching out to this community just to see if there is any guidance on if the tool is capable of performing the below actions:They want to set an expiration date for the taking the survey, but do this based on individual target. (i.e. Target 1 can take the survey Monday - Wednesday, whereas Target 2 can only take the survey Tuesday - Friday). Is this possible?They want the tool to be able to cancel this set expiration date based on Target - and allow the Target to reschedule to a different time, and have that expiration updated/adjusted in the tool.They want to be able to schedule this expiration by Target via bulk upload.They want the survey to issue reminders to the Targets that their testing window is approaching.They want the survey to confirm that the Target's system is compatible with the testing.They want a dynamic progress bar that appears as a series of circles - and as they progress through the survey/test, the circles change to green after they've answered the question. If they choose to skip a page/question, that circle will be red -- and the tool should allow them to click on that red circle later to return to that page/question to complete.They want a 5-min warning pop-up and a 'confirm you want to submit' pop-up message.They want to restrict a Target from being able to navigate away from the screen to another screen during testing. And if they do navigate away, the first get a warning and the second attempt the survey/test automatically submits.Any thoughts on if any of the above are even possible in Qualtrics?
