Hi everyone!
Im Lars and I run a consultancy specialized on VoC and CX programs. I've been in this line of work for 20 years and is still exited about what it can do and whats next in terms of applying different kinds technologies that helps companies get closer to their customers.
We are growing and are looking for talent. More specifically for technichal consultants. If anyone is interested please reach out. We are situated in Sweden but you don't have to reside there but the closer you are the better. We are quite specialized and nisched within VoC and the projects we do are almost always quite advanced so the savvier you are the better :-)

I´ve been using Qualtrics for almost 3 years, i didn´t get yet the certification but i will do soon. I´m here because i want to help people to learn how to use all sections of Qualtrics. Hi everyone, I'm Jennifer. I have a consulting business based in Sydney, Australia to help companies operating in Asia Pacific set up and run local Customer/Partner Advisory Boards, User Communities, and Voice of Customer programs. Customer surveys are a core part of the programs. I worked in the SAP Customer Experience business for several years and worked closely with the Qualtrics team on sales and marketing programs but am looking forward to learning more hear about how you all are using the products so I can support my clients.

I used Qualtrics a tiny bit in grad school but it looks quite a bit different now! I just started re-learning and have been pushing out surveys in many areas of our campus, upgrading older surveys to make them more friendly to students and more useful to those who need information.

Hi, my name is Harrison and I am a Trials Manager in Scotland, UK. I have been using Qualtrics for around a year now but am still learning new features every day. I am looking to complete the Qualtrics certification.

My name is Jon. I deploy a non-standard use of Qualtrics. My main survey is a room check form that is used daily be student workers as the test the functionality of an AV space on campus. The form is deeply integrated with our ticket platform, ServiceNow. When a room check finds an issue in the space, the workflows create ServiceNow incidents. The form also updates the ServiceNow record of each AV space to indicate the date of the last room check as well as the ID of the room checker. The form has been used over 20,000 times since it was deployed in August of 2020.

Hello, everyone. I'm Page from Charleston, South Carolina. As the Director of the Center for Excellence in Peer Education at the College of Charleston, I oversee the training of all students serving in peer-helping-peer paraprofessional positions on our campus. I work closely with the First-Year Experience program, and I was recently charged with developing a Second-Year Experience program which we launched in Fall 2021. Hello!
Have been an indirect Qualtrics user for a couple years now, but an admin user for one year. Born, raised, and here to stay in Louisiana. My current role is serving as the Customer Experience Manager for a regional insurance company.
Prior to this I was in marketing for a national insurance agency where my counter part used Qualtrics to gather data from partner companies for reporting. My current employer hired me as a former customer to lead the CX department mainly working with our agency partners and improving their experience.
Using Qualtrics was an easy decision when building our VOC program and various other data collection and research needs. Happy to be here and learn with you all!

Hello, I'm Lisa. I'm located in Cary, North Carolina and am the Learning Innovations Lead at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. I lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative technologies, methods, and process for our enterprise learning division and also lead our learning analytics and measurement & evaluation strategy.
We are just starting off with implementing Qualtrics to collect and analyze data on training evaluations for our internal training programs. We have been working with another learning analytics system for several years, and are looking forward to the increased efficiencies, modern functionalities, and improved analytics that Qualtrics will add to our process. a little late to introduce myself but better late than never they say! Since joining this community in November 2021 I've changed jobs and started working for @NTT, a leading global technology services company. Born in Australia, grew up in Canada and now living in the Netherlands with my wife, 2 boys and a dog. Service Operations Manager by trade, CX buff by vocation. 
Workwise I've been in B2B service management with a focus in the enterprise telecom sector for the past 15 years. My roles have varied from managing multinational client accounts to running teams to establishing new business functions. 
CX wise my professional touchstone has been to improve the client experience. As a generalist at heart I have an interest in many topics but being an expert in none means I'm often busy learning new things. My first formal introduction to CX was in Spring 2019 when I completed the Forrester CX professional program. I'm not certified in Qualtrics so my 2022 resolution is to gain XM Fundamentals certification. 
Looking forward I'm really excited to be part of this community. I hope to contribute and add value by engaging with yourselves while gaining new insights along the way myself. Would love to connect on LinkedIn and learn how you use the customer & employee experience and XM in your company.
