Hi Folks,

My name is Mike Chiasson. I'm the Market Research Manager at Sprague, an energy company headquartered in Portsmouth, NH. I've been here for about five years but have worked in research for quite some time following a "past life" as a mechanical engineer at a nuclear power plant. I've worked in research positions on the supply side and on the client side in the automobile, technology and energy industries. I earned my BSME from Notre Dame (let the abuse from Michigan grads begin!) and my MBA from Boston University - both a long time ago.

We use Qualtrics for customer and employee engagement surveys. I've attended the X4 Summit for the last three years and will do so again in March. I'm excited to finally join this community!

Hey everyone!

My name is Nick and I'm a SAAS admin at IU. One of the things I admin is Qualtrics. I've lived in Indy all my life, and have a lovely family with two dogs. I'm a big nerd, enjoy gaming, streaming, and love board games!

I'm pretty stoked about Qualtrics adding a product ideas section to this area and so far, I've really enjoyed supporting the platform.
Hi all! I just joined the community yesterday and still looking around what content and discussions to find. Looks great, and I like the expertise and rather moderate number of participants. Feels rather familiar, less broadcasting.
In general, I will be into all topics related to CRM solutions, mainly SAP & Salesforce. I can contribute the CRM part, will need to improve on Qualtrics details and integration topics.
Looking forward to exchange with you.

Hi,
I am a Sr. Analyst with JetBlue. Although the airline is based in NYC, we have an office in Salt Lake City, UT - not too far from Qualtrics HQ.
I have been using Qualtrics for 3 years. The team has been using it for longer. While we have mainly used the platform for customer surveys, we are ramping up our usage of the product in some unique and innovative ways.

Hi everyone,
My name is Derrick and I work for a public school district (K-12) right outside of Los Angeles, CA. We have been using Qualtrics over the past three years! Our focus is currently on CoreXM and CustomerXM with surveys, imported data, and dashboards. Glad to be part of this community and I'm looking forward to learning and collaborating with everyone.
Hi everyone!

I'm currently the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications for Cooperative Educational Service Agency 2 (CESA 2) in Whitewater, WI. We're pretty new to Qualtrics (one year in), but we love it so far! The Employee Engagement piece has been especially beneficial.

I attended the X4 Summit for the first time in 2018 and I'm hoping to make it a yearly tradition from here on out.

We are also in the process of joining the Qualtrics Partner Network. We're excited about offering Qualtrics support to Wisconsin K12 schools!

I'm looking forward to connecting with fellow Qualtricsers!

Hello fellow Qualtrics admins! My name is Vicky and I live in sunny Florida. I help run our customer experience program at the City of Orlando. We've been using Qualtrics for about a couple of years now to help measure resident trust in the city and service satisfaction though our transactional and research project surveys, closing the loop, and more.
