Hi @Kathy_D! Perhaps our support rep misunderstood your question. If so, our apologies! It is true that adding a pop up box will require custom code, but if you simply would like to add an external link to survey text, you can either insert code or use our built-in "Insert Hyperlink" option. Here is the support page that walks through how to add a link without having to manually type in the HTML code!
@over3520 let us know that he was able to work through this with support, and found that the issue was device-specific. Using a different device resolved the issue!

If you are unsure of when the Lock option should appear and when it should not, I’d recommend visiting this support page, which details when the Lock option will appear! Note that if you created your survey recently, you may being seeing our Publish feature instead. Hi all, I just wanted to jump in and point out that there are 2 types of retake links. @Kate is correct that one of the retake link types will overwrite the old response, but the other will not! You can read more about retake link options here.
