Hi guys,
I have been researching on citing Qualtrics in an APA-formatted paper but couldn't find an exact answer. Would you be able to provide guidance on citing Qualtrics within and without text? Do I have to cite it in the references section like I do for other literature? Thank you!

Retrieved from is the phrasing to use.
LastName, FirstName (Year, Month Day). Article Name. Retrieved from https://www.qualtrics.com

Hi @KlausChan! I wanted to jump in here. We have documentation on general Qualtrics citation guidelines that you can find here.
Hi @Jenah. Thank you for the link to citation guidelines.
I could use a little clarification on the materials there. For the version, the guidelines say:
"Version: current Month(s) and year(s) of use"
I'm confused by the plural of months and years. Does this refer to an instance where Qualtrics might have been used for a particular study over the course of several months or years?

The guidelines do not meet the requirements for APA. It needs to be something like (Qualtrics, New Mexico, 2009)
