This has been happening to us frequently here at U-M. We're opening a ticket with Qualtrics Support and providing logs of browser activity from Chrome's Inspector each time it happens now, hopefully to help them resolve it. Here's how to quickly fix it if a Refresh doesn't help and you don't want to wait for Qualtrics Support: * Go to your project's Survey Flow and add a new block of Embedded Data. * Create an Embedded Data item in the block.Name it whatever you want, it doesn't have to map to anything in the URL or a contact list. It can be empty. Just has to have a name. * Save the Flow and Publish the survey again. * Now, go to Data and Analysis. You'll see a message that says Qualtrics is reindexing the data. When it's done, you should have everything back. You can delete the new block after this (or leave it, the empty Embedded Data shouldn't affect anything -- but if you prefer a more tidy Survey Flow, it's safe to delete it).

This question seems related so I'm going to post here rather than create a new thread. My researcher asks: "If I ask people to enter a date, say the day that their assignment is due, how can I then generate the date two weeks earlier?" I feel like that could be accomplished with some kind of math but not sure.
I am hearing from my local users that they are having trouble tweaking background and foreground colors in our theme. (We'll report through the channels @KatharineS mentioned above, I'm mentioning it here to show solidarity with @uhrxx005, @TomG, and @manresaclara!)
I am able to make these little changes on a per-survey basis in the new L&F. Are you referring to making permanent changes to the themes? !
The Qualtrics font is a custom font created for Qualtrics and not available online, so I used the Inspector in my browser on Qualtrics.com and changed the text in-page to "canine EXPAWRIENCE," because I am a dad and I love terrible puns. Then I used the zoom feature in the browser to screencap a high-resolution version that I used for the header.
@Emily - Thank you, and thanks for the suggestion about the survey flow! When I first started to work on this, if the slots were full, I was going to add the applicant to an "Interested in The Next Pilot" contact list. Now that I think about it, you're right -- it would be less frustrating for the user to put the slots-full condition RIGHT up front, then branch to a block that asks them, prompts for name and contact info, and adds to the list. Thank you @VirginiaM! I really love quotas + display logic together. @Linda_charlton -- I never figured out the picture part either. Ideally I wanted to print a report where each page would have the photo for each dog with their preferences. I think the staffers would need access to the survey responses to view the uploaded photo, at least in the version I submitted!
I got off to a great start with this one and hope to finish it off tonight. I'm a little embarrassed to still be a Qubie!
Thankfully, we have pretty much eradicated XP from our campus, save for a handful of machines that run some ancient software that someone absolutely needs, or the machine that runs the old PC games in our Computer and Video Game Archive. And they are all disconnected from the network, or behind seven proxies.
We have many (>10) choices and corresponding text strings, so it looks like I was probably on the right track -- but thanks for reminding me about the Default @TomG!
From my experience the turnaround is usually much quicker than the page implies. We get requests from our units for a theme with their logo instead of the U-M general logo, and they're a cinch to set up! The only awkward part anymore is making sure their users are in the right division and that the theme is turned off for all the other divisions, so those jokesters in Mathematics can't send out a survey as the English Language Institute. We have about a thousand divisions so this can be time consuming. (I'm kidding, it only seems like a thousand when I have to click on each division, scroll down, and turn the theme to "disable" -- I search-in-page for the theme name to reduce scrolling)

Is it expected the employee will sign up for an entire 8-5 timeslot for their dog, or are half-day options available?
Seconding @AnthonyR. I know that there are no apparent limits to the character capacity of a text response -- I always position "Single Line," "Multiple Line," and "Essay Question" as purely cosmetic changes -- so I imagine it would also be true for a name.
Here are a few I have personally been involved in: * Event registrations are a popular choice (in some cases we use quotas and display logic to make timeslots disappear when they fill up, which I was delighted to figure out) * Our teaching librarians present a welcome-to-the-library session for incoming students who visit over the summer for orientation. There is a Buzzfeed-style personality quiz that the audience participates in by choosing "this or that" questions. Students answer with iClicker devices, then the session host takes the winning choice and enters it into a Qualtrics survey. The choices have point values and the sum of the points ultimately determines the group's personality type. * Once a few years ago, I imported maps of a building into a survey and built heatmap questions out of them to prototype a space-assessment tool for a unit's facilities department. Last week, one of my users had no results for a certain choice in their survey that clearly appeared in the individual responses, and it turned out that that choice had been Excluded From Reporting (it's a checkmark in the drop-down next to choices). Could it be that a choice or choices have been excluded?
Finally, another Wolverine gets an invite! I'm Britain (spelled like brain, rhymes with "mitten") and I have been a brand admin since 2009 when U-M's Qualtrics environment first expanded outside the Business School (hi @lillianc). I work for our central IT group handling account administration issues and consulting with faculty and staff on how to develop questions, organize their projects, and other practices. (I serve a similar role for Canvas -- any other pandas here?) I visited Salt Lake City for the Summit in 2016 and am reserving a hotel room to return in March pending funding.
