Hello @LJAcam, I don't know if you have tried it, but you can copy the list from Excel and paste it on the statements on the edit multiple option: ! Hope it helps :)

Tickets - Can we notify people that are not the ticket owner?

Hello @Vaish, I haven't seen that particular option in the tickets feature, but what I have done in these cases is to create email triggers in the survey with the same conditions as the ticket to notify people that there is a new ticket created :)

How can I change the width of an embedded question in a survey message?

Hello @oradley, this embedded question works as a table, so you can edit it and set the width you think fits better. You just right clic on the embedded question and then click on table properties, there you can adjust the width and height of the question. ! Hope it helps :)

Trigger results containing link and not personal data (GDPR!)

Hello! Instead of selecting the "include response report" checkbox you could work with the message textbox of the trigger where you can pipe text from each question text and then from each question's answer. That way, people who receive the email will see just questions and their answers and not the embedded data :) Hope you get me.
