Can I have a Manager as an owner, but at the same time notify the Director about the ticket?

Hello @Vaish, I haven't seen that particular option in the tickets feature, but what I have done in these cases is to create email triggers in the survey with the same conditions as the ticket to notify people that there is a new ticket created
