Create hidden multiple choice question filled by embedded data

Hey mj_stoker,You can create embedded data fields in top of survey flow(Refer below image):You can pass these fields in a multi choice question and a simple JS(Refer below image):Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnload(function() {jQuery("#"+this.questionId).hide();  this.clickNextButton();});Make sure to make these choices by default selected. Hope it will work for you.

How to not have 0 selected by default on slider

Hi All,How about we create a followup question that only appear if respondent select "not applicable". In followup question we can ask respondent that "äre you sure you do not want to use slider?". if respondent selects "yes" in this question then you can identify in data whether "0" came because of slider or "not applicable" button.I know it's a weird way out but i just came in my mind :P

JVDS I did't checked that rows also needed to be randomize. I missed that part :PBut how about we put complete table into ED and randomize it ;)

yuvalge In survey flow you will see some embedded data variable created where I assign them some values(correct answers). I displayed those ED into the table under correct answers columns.

Hi yuvalge For example you have a slider question Q98 with 3 options A,B and C.I created a new block where I want to ask another set of question but before those questions i wanaa show results/responses from Q98. I created "text/graphics" question and pipe in my responses from Q98 using below method:

yuvalge you can show feedback on "text/graphics" on top of every next block. You can use some branch conditions to define your answers. let me know if this is what you are looking for or am I missing anything.

Display logic based on ranking question response

Hi jroberthoffmann I seems like you want to display a message if respondent ranking is not as per the requirement. I think you can capture ranking for options in an embedded variable and compare ranking using branch logic. You can combine logic here and define display condition in survey builder. Only problem is you will have to create "text/graphic" type question in different block.

How can I see which screener caused an individual to be screened out?

TerryH Okayy, So in this case I am not sure if you can identity screener now through distribution history. However, You can go through data and check individually but it's huge effort consuming task :P

High Click Count, Poor Data Quality Relationship?

Hi ChristopherG.I have worked with some of high level analysis team and they do ask us to disqualify/remove respondents with high click counts. They scrub out respondents based on below logic:Average time spent on the ad page was more, using 6 sigma, the below respondents have spent a lot more time on the page than anyone else and the below responders clicked a lot more time on the page than anyone else. This shows lack of concentration and fidgety behavior on viewing the media. Would recommend removing them.

TerryH I am not sure if I got your question correctly but to capture screen-out question for every respondent I create a ED feild and capture question number in it before terminating.

Multiple choice question data format

Nikkki Instead of multi-select question you can use Pick,Group and Rank question. So ranking 1st can be the option you are looking for. It will work in a similar way as per your requirement.

Custom validation in constant sum question.

Can I carry forward the selected answer from a loop in the previous block?

zcaqmx Hi, Instead of using carry forward you can use display logic. Just add all the options and add display logic on each option based on your condition. Let me know it help.
